50 Years and You

(2) Yeh sun yaas ( haiz ki bandish ) ka daur hota hai. 50 se 60 saal ke darmain 35 feesad haddiyan kamzor par jati hain aur teen khawateen mein se aik ko osteoporosis ( hadion ki khastagi ) ka saamna karna parta hai. Jis mein zara se chout se haddi ke toot jane ka ihtimal hota hai.
(3) Reerh ki haddi bhi kamzor parney lagi hai jis ka assar poooray jism par parta hai.
(4) Haiz ki bandish ke baad jism par charbi ki miqdaar mein ziyada taizi se izafah hota hai, kamar chorrie ho jati hai jabkay pait bhi barh jata hai.
(5) Sun yaas ke baad dil ke amraaz ke khatraat kayi guna zyada ho jatay hain.
Kya karna chahiye :
(1) Hadion or aaza ki kamzore ke khilaaf aap ne jung karni hai aur aap se ziyada apne jism ko koi nahi jaanta. Bilkul hath par hath rakh kar baith jana bhi aap ke liye nuqsaan da hai. Aap thora bohat wazan uthati rahen ghar ke kaam jitne hosakin zaroor karen.
(2) Waqatan fawaqtan adwiyaat ka sahara lainay mein koi harj nahi lekin koshish karen ke usay aadat na banaya jaye.
(3) Aerobic warzishen ( rassi koodna ) badastoor kaar aamad hain lekin ab aap ko ziyada sakht werzish se bachna hai. Haftay mein teen se paanch dafaa 20 se 30 minute ki chehal qadmi zaroor karen. Yeh aap ko dil ke amraaz aur hadion ki khastagi ke khatraat se bhi kisi had tak bachaye rakhti hai.
(4) Yoga aur saans ki Warzishen bhi kaar aamad hosakti hain.
(5) Blood pressure aur cholesterol ka andaza karne ke liye salana bunyadon par mimogram tashkeel den.
After 50 Years

(5) Mumkin hai ke naakhun bohat kamzor ho jayen aur kabhi kabhar jaron se ukhar bhi satke hain.
(6) Baal jald totnay aur girnay lagen ge aur un ka 50% feesad hissa safaid ho jaye ga.
Kya karna chahiye :
(1) Cleansing aur moisturizing ka silsila baqaidagi se jari rakhen.
(2) Thanday pani se ghusal karna ziyada behtar rahay ga. Garam pani jild ko khushk karta hai.
(3) Body lotion aur tail se jild ko naram rakhnay ki koshish jari rakhen.
(4) Balon ko rozana mat dhowen patlay aur bareek balon ke liye anay wala shampoo istemaal karna ziyada behtar rahay ga.
